Article 1 (Personal Information)

Article 9 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
  1. If a user’s personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the user may request the Company to correct, add, or delete the information (hereinafter referred to as "Correction Request") by following the prescribed procedure.
  2. If the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to the user's request, the Company will promptly make the correction.
  3. If the Company makes the correction or decides not to make the correction, the Company will promptly notify the user.

Article 10 (Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information)
  1. If a user requests the suspension of use or deletion of personal information due to reasons such as exceeding the scope of use or the information being obtained by illegal means (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension Request"), the Company will conduct an investigation without delay.

  4. If suspending use or deletion incurs significant costs or if it is difficult to implement, the Company will take alternative measures that protect the user's rights and interests.

Article 11 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
  1. The content of this policy may be changed without prior notice to users, except for matters specified by law or elsewhere in the policy.
  2. Unless otherwise specified, the revised privacy policy will take effect from the time it is posted on the Company’s website.
