Seasonal Course [From May 11th] (Ended)

◆ "Okamura Beef and Seasonal Shellfish Special Mizutaki Course" [Reservation required 3 days in advance] - 6 dishes total - 23,000 yen (tax included)

This luxurious course features "Mt. Fuji Okamura Beef," lovingly raised on the Asagiri Plateau at the foot of Mt. Fuji, and an abundance of flavorful seasonal shellfish. Experience the marriage of Genkai's signature Mizutaki soup and shellfish stock, and the vast possibilities of Mizutaki.

Black clams with mustard, vinegar and miso, steamed tempura beans

Date breast prosciutto Traditional Matsukaze chicken

Pounded burdock with pickled plum
