When the aroma of eel wafts through the air in the summer heat, it naturally fills your heart with joy.


Genkai's skilled chefs will be serving a special course of eel dishes all summer long.

Whether you're going all the way to Genkai and want to enjoy Mizutaki as well, or you just want to enjoy the eel, you can choose between "with hot pot" or "without hot pot" to ensure your satisfaction.

■ Appetizers: Deep-fried bone-in chicken, seasonal salad, eel pickled in fragrant oil

■Sashimi of tuna, seasonal white fish, conch, and a complete set of sashimi

Grilled eel, Okamura beef cutlet, aromatic vegetables, grilled sauce with yuzu pepper

■ Lidded dish of eel and whole eggplant with Yoro bean paste, edamame, shrimp, and flower spikes

■Meal: Genkai-style Hitsumabushi, tamagoyaki (rolled omelet), mitsuba (Japanese parsley), and pickles

Due to cooking requirements, reservations must be made at least two days in advance.
